is the hallmark of Dr. Cowie’s dental practice, and we encourage
patients to share their concerns with us. Here are a just a few
of the questions that we get asked most often.
How can I ask the doctor a question directly?
All you have to do is ask if you’re in the office, or give
us a call if you’re between appointments. Dr. Cowie and
his staff are all very approachable, and will be happy to speak
with you about any questions you have about your dental care.
What makes you different than other practices I might go to?
We truly want to exceed your expectations, and that means we’ll
listen to what you want rather than tell you what you need. We
customize our services to fit your needs and desires as a patient,
rather than try to convince you to have something that you may
not want.
What payment options do you provide?
We accept cash, check, and credit cards (MasterCard, Visa,
and Discover). We also offer several financing options, because
we believe that when people need reconstructive or cosmetic
dental treatment they should get the benefits of it right away
and not have to wait to get it completed. (You wouldn’t
ask a contractor building an addition to your home to put up
one wall a year for four years!)
Our philosophy is that your treatment should be chosen by you
in consultation with Dr. Cowie and without interference from
any third party. Satisfaction of your expectations is Dr. Cowie’s
responsibility. If fact his goal is to make each patient so satisfied
that they will in turn recommend him to at least two others who
can benefit from his services. Accordingly, we do not participate
in any dental benefit plans, although we will be happy to fill
out your dental claim form for you so that you can mail it to
your insurance plan for reimbursement. We will assist you in
every way we can to obtain the maximum reimbursement possible
under your benefit contract.
